Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://angelashelpinghandscleaning.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Angela's Helping Hands Cleaning and Organizing reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Angela's Helping Hands Cleaning and Organizing markets and arranges House Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Ownership. Angela's Helping Hands Cleaning and Organizing (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Angela's Helping Hands Cleaning and Organizing does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Angela's Helping Hands Cleaning and Organizing arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Angela's Helping Hands Cleaning and Organizing from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under GA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in GA for any related dispute.

Updates. Angela's Helping Hands Cleaning and Organizing reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
